As we want to encourage the passion of each and everyone to be a good cook we are launching a recipe contest for those of you who want to share with us the pleasure of cooking fresh pork meat.

Comtim loins
Ingredients:
2 Pcs COMTIM pork loins
150g Freidorf Comtim hams
150g Rustica Comtim Ham
1l milk
150 g cheese
salt-pepper-butter
To be served hot, with rice with vegetables and mushrooms
Preparation:
Keep the loins into milk, for one hour, for tendering, then cut them into section, spread butter inside, then add salt and pepper to the taste. Put in the sliced ham, the sliced hard cheese, one slice of tomato and one slice of pepper. Salt and pepper to the taste.
Keep in oven for 45-50 min.
Serve hot with vegetable and mushroom rice.
