Our Comtim products are directed only to Romanian market, to big and small processors and to retailers. We also opened a meat shop near the gates of the plant, where our clients can find the freshest products delivered directly from the production area.
In 2011 our company got also the IFS Version 5 certification
We produce a wide range of fresh pork meat products, from carcasses to main elements or even sliced and semi-processed products.
We can offer you:
- The freshest bone-in and boneless loins or tenderloins on the market for horeca or to be cooked at home for an exquisite dinner or lunch
- Ribs or delicious bone-in or boneless collars always ready to be cooked on the grill or in the oven, according to traditional recipes or with fantasy sauces, as you feel like.
- For the summer grill you might consider also our sliced belly or our Comtim "mici".
- Trimmings are available in different percentages: 60/40, 70/30, 75/25, 80/20 90/10 – for different recipes that you might consider. We also offer a wide range of pork organs for a wide range of recipes, from liver, hearts, aso.
- We also offer Goulas for any kind of recipes based on pork. Our minced meat is carefully produced and ideal for traditional recipes: sarmalute, ardei umpluti or chiftelute. In our cash and carry and to retailers as well, you can find our Comtim semi processed products: minced mici, chevapcici, sliced or marinated products
